1.Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using BRD Golf ("the service"), provided by BRD Labs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2.License to use the service
Subject to these terms, BRD Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use BRD Golf for your own use. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the service
- Use the service in violation of any applicable law
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
3.Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@brdlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4.User-generated content
BRD Golf lets you upload swing videos, send messages, and create notes ("your content"). You retain ownership of your content. By uploading it, you grant BRD Labs a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service and provide it to people you have connected with (your coach, player, or parent).
You are responsible for your content. You represent that you have the rights to share it and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
5.Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others; to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful; to scrape or systematically extract data from the service; or to interfere with the service's operation or other users' experience.
6.Service availability
BRD Labs may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7.Intellectual property
The BRD Golf software, brand, designs, and other materials provided by BRD Labs are owned by BRD Labs or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These terms grant you no rights in BRD Labs' intellectual property except as expressly set out above.
8.Termination
You may delete your account at any time from inside the app. BRD Labs may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for BRD Labs or other users.
9.Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRD Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
10.Changes to these terms
BRD Labs may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
