We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Please include your account email and a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
2.Recording your swing
To capture a swing, open BRD Golf and tap the Record tab. Frame the player so the full swing arc is visible — the camera guide on screen helps you line up the shot. Good lighting and clear audio cues help our automated swing detection trigger reliably.
If recording isn't starting, check that BRD Golf has permission to use your camera and microphone in your device settings.
3.Coach and player feedback
Players record swings and they appear in the coach's feedback queue. Coaches review the swing, leave a short voice or text reply, and the player is notified — usually within a day or two depending on the coach's schedule.
If you don't see feedback you're expecting, check the Feedback history screen in your profile, or contact your coach directly.
4.Account and data
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: open your profile, scroll to the Delete account row, and confirm. This removes your personal data from our active systems.

5.Trouble signing in
BRD Golf uses email-based verification — when you enter your email, we send a 6-digit code to confirm it's you.
If the code doesn't arrive within a minute or two:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Verify the email address you entered is the one you registered with.
- Some email providers delay verification messages — try requesting a new code.
If the issue persists, email support@brdlabs.com with the email address you're trying to use.
